These levels include web registration, pre-conference badge production, collation of badges and show materials, registration interface design, and onsite registration.

Pre-Conference and Onsite Registration Services

Web Registration

As a compliment to Web registration or as stand alone services for show managers, ATS offers a variety of pre-conference services to show managers that wish to retain membership management and the financial processing of registrants.
  • Creation of show badges with appropriate bar-coding, magnetic encoding or RFID tags for lead retrieval and/or session tracking purposes.
  • Creation of high quality event tickets.
  • Collation and mailing of show materials along with badges.
  • Creation of a customized registration input interface that mirrors your existing registration form.
  • Bar-coded confirmations to facilitate express onsite check-in, verification and badge printing.
  • Setup and maintain network of computers and printers onsite.
  • Self registration or express check-in kiosks onsite for pre-registered attendees.
If your organization prefers to retain control of the web registration and pre-registration processing of attendees ATS can offer any of the services listed above on an “a la carte’ basis.

Lead Retrieval

ATS can provide your organization the expertise and technical support necessary to add electronic lead retrieval. Create an electronic business card in the form of a barcode, RFID tag, magnetic stripe card, or smartcard from your existing registration software. ATS has over 10 years of providing this type of service and has worked with all major registration and database software utilized in the exhibition industry.
  • ATS programming staff will assist show management personnel in gaining the ability to add lead retrieval capability at their event using existing in-house registration and badge production software.
  • ATS can provide the hardware necessary to create show badges of all varieties. ATS has a large stock of RFID enabled Zebra brand thermal printers and Eltron plastic card printers/encoders providing clientele multiple options in badge media and technologies.
  • You maintain complete control over the pre-conference and onsite badge production.

Attendance Tracking Systems

ATS can assist show management in the tracking of attendees into and out of exhibit halls and show related events. Using the tracking technologies offered by ATS show managers can track attendees by either scanning barcodes on show badges, swiping their magnetic stripe card or passive monitoring of doorways via ATS ExpoPro RF™ Portals.
  • Special tracking mode on ExpoPro™ terminals that can differentiate between qualified attendees and those not registered for a particular event.
  • ExpoPro™ terminals in tracking mode can attach session names to each attendee record simplifying the allocation of these units onsite and the management of session records post conference.
  • ExpoPro RF™ Portals can passively monitor attendee ingress and egress at exhibit halls and show related events such as general sessions or continuing education classes. Portals are easily configured to accommodate large exhibit hall entrances or single doorways.
  • Onsite and Online session certificates. ATS can setup certificate stations onsite for attendees to search for credits earned and printout high quality certificates while still at the conference. This allows for management to supply high quality certificates without incurring the expense of mailing out certificate packets post conference. ATS can also setup a certificate website connected directly to your show home page. Attendee can logon, type in their unique ID and printout a certificate for credits earned.
